High Holy Day Childcare is free for your family.

Please fill out the form below to make your reservation. The ages for childcare are 15 months to 5 years old.

• Bring a nut-free snack for your child and label anything you bring with them.
• Note any allergies when signing your child in.
• Bring all diapers and wipes needed.
